Meiburg Wine Media is a dynamic communications, events and marketing agency and wine education business, working with local and international clients, mainly from the wine and drinks industry. The company is headed by the first Master of Wine in Asia, Debra Meiburg. A multi-faceted business, with both external clients and diverse business arms (including education, training, media production and publishing), it is a fast-paced and progressive company with a dedicated team of flexible, creative and self-motivated individuals.
Job Duties:
· Report to Project Manager
· Support planning and operation of projects
· Handle collaterals, materials and logistics preparation for events and campaigns
· Manage online / offline event promotion and reservation
· Communicate with multi vendors and agents
· Provide administrative support and handle paperwork
· Deal with ad-hoc tasks and deadlines
· Possible onsite working location for events, fairs or exhibitions
· Possible outbound travels for events / projects outside Hong Kong
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree holder or above
· Able to work under tight deadlines
· At least 4 years of experience in marketing and/event projects
· Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese
· Proficiency in MS Office (power point, excel and word) is a MUST
· Fluent Mandarin or other languages is advantage
· Basic Knowledge of graphic design is advantage
· Wine knowledge is advantage
· Experience working in Mac iOS environment is advantage
