Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To lead the sales team to achieve sales targets in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives;
  • To take part in initiation and negotiations of the trading terms, marketing and promotional activities;
  • Explore all business opportunities to aid market expansion and to ensure business growth;
  • To monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and develop tactical promotion to achieve sales target;
  • To participate in the wine tasting events and acquire new business / private contacts.

Requirements

  • 5 years solid sales experiences in wine & spirit industry or hospitality industry at managerial level, with WSET Level 2 qualification;
  • Track record or experience in selling wine (and spirits) in on-premise channels, particular in hotels, and premium club houses are preferred;
  • Experience in organizing wine tastings with corporations is and advantage;
  • Excellent business acumen, strong leadership and organization skills;
  • A good team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills.
