Key Account Officer (Wine & Spirit) (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the day to day commercial performance of client
• Project manage the roll out of all new contracts and services
• With the assistance of the company Data Processing team, provide state of the art reports and analysis to clients (monthly, quarterly, company General Data Analysis)
• Provide detailed information and reports to the directors of the company as when required
• Daily liaise with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
• Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
• Assist the Market Intelligence and Training executive with content

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration 
• Min. 2 years’ experience of multiple project management
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command in English and Mandarin 
• WSET will be an advantage
