Wine Runner and Server (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

YOU’LL NEED TO DO

• Prepare and greeting of in bar area of wine pouring and light food
• Keep restaurant tidy in good hygiene
• Ambassador and promote of our wine

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• Minimum 1 years working experience in restaurant or hospitality field or similar capacity
• Service-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• With strong sense of responsibility     
• Good command in spoken and written English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus   
• Independent, Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
• Knowledge of wine preferred
• Immediate available preferred

Winederlust is a wine bar with retail one-stop-shop offering wine tasting, dine-in and retail for customers looking for high-quality, unique wines at reasonable price points, sourced from independent, boutique wineries around the world.  

Located on Aberdeen Street in the heart of Central, we are amongst the first wine bars in Hong Kong to feature a By The Glass® wine dispenser system in-store, serving a rotating range of high-quality, underrated wines, curated in-house, for customers to enjoy by the glass, in their ideal conditions, at retail price points. Customers can also purchase wines directly from the retail shopfront and online.  

Our other on-site offerings include wine and food dine-in; wine-tasting; wine retail; events and partnerships, B2B sales, amongst others.  

Winederlust is expected to launch by Q3 2023.We are now looking for candidates with a passion for delivering great experience to customers, with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, to join our growing team.
