We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress based at Café Malacca, JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La!

As a Waiter / Waitress, we rely on you to assist the restaurant operations to

• Provide smooth operation of the section appointed
• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
• Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
• Make recommendations for dishes, take order and deliver food and beverage services
• Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction

We are looking for someone who is / possess:

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in full service restaurant, familiar with Singaporean and Malaysian Cuisine
• With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Guest oriented and a good team player
• Good command in English, Chinese and Malay would be a plus 
• For overseas applicants, we would sponsor the VISA application and housing
