Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the different departments of the office, including preparation of sales-related of documents.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing the inventory level and accuracy of forecasting stock.
  • Ensure smooth running of the office, including HR administrative duties, logistic issues, stock control, stock forecasting etc.
  • Answer call, manage stock levels.
  • Be the main contact point for liaison with Director, logistic and warehouse departments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Office Manager)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively between departments, and clients.
  • Exceptional time management, organisation and communication skills.
  • Good team player and strong communication skills.
  • Flexible, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Bright, has a proactive, flexible attitude and positive mindset.
  • Willing to take resposibility, ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of VLOOKUP Excel & Pivot Table is preferable
  • Proficency in MS Office.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
