Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the different departments of the office, including preparation of sales-related of documents.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing the inventory level and accuracy of forecasting stock.
- Ensure smooth running of the office, including HR administrative duties, logistic issues, stock control, stock forecasting etc.
- Answer call, manage stock levels.
- Be the main contact point for liaison with Director, logistic and warehouse departments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Office Manager)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively between departments, and clients.
- Exceptional time management, organisation and communication skills.
- Good team player and strong communication skills.
- Flexible, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile.
- Bright, has a proactive, flexible attitude and positive mindset.
- Willing to take resposibility, ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP Excel & Pivot Table is preferable
- Proficency in MS Office.
- Immediately available is preferred.
