Position Overview
- Create a memorable & high-quality dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the bar and restaurant
- To advice guests on their beverage selections
- Good knowledge in cocktails and beverages
- Ensure perfect condition and cleanliness of the glassware, bar equipment and working areas
- Assisting the Bar Manager to control the stock and maintain the stock level
- Complete an accurate weekly breakage report
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
Required Skills
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
- Good communication skill
- Innovative ideas to create drinks up to the current market trend is a plus
