Captain / Server (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Our Langham Ambassadors in Food & Beverage Department ensure refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

• Deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests & create memorable moments in hotel rooms;
• Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards;
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge; 
• Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed.

• Minimum 1-year experience in hotel industry
• Willing to work on shifts in a competitive, energetic and dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and customer oriented personality
• Good time management for ensuring food product delivery & guest satisfaction
• Fluent command in English
