Bartender (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the restaurant
• Perform daily job tasks such as setting tables, refilling condiments etc.
• Provide quality service to our guests and surpass their expectations
• Maintenance and up keep of all service equipment / materials
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the service areas

Requirements:

• Able to converse in English
• Know wine knowledge
• At least 2 years relevant working experience serving in catering industry
• Responsibility, friendly, outgoing personality, enthusiastic, self-motivated, service oriented, dynamic, polite
• A good and supportive team player
• Willing to learn and work hard in an exclusive environment
• MUST have HKID / valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Work location: Tsim Sha Tsui 

Attractive remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
