Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop rapport with potential customers in order to support future development of new business opportunities
  • Retain and grow existing business ensuring that ongoing customer service is provided with quality to all assigned accounts
  • Prepare quotations in accordance with the Company’s pricing strategies and deliver customer focused sales presentations that uniquely position the Company to gain new business from new / existing customers
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with the potential customers based on the established guidelines aiming at safeguard the best interest of the Company
  • Propose and execute the detailed plan of promotion activities with the collaboration of brand owners and customers in order to deepen the awareness of products features and create sales opportunities
  • Prepare monthly regular reports such as Account visiting report; Assigned sales target fulfillment reports etc. in order to provide an overall picture of sales activities performed for management review.
  • Ensure all sales payment has been paid in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions
  • Promote the Company and product range through the participation of various marketing activities such as trade shows and tasting events

Requirements

  • Secondary Education with minimum of 4 years’ solid wine trade experience in which 2 years at supervisory position
  • Possess Level II award of Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
  • Knowledge in sake will be an asset
  • Excellent selling technique and presentation skill with good memorization and customer service skill
  • Possess extensive customer network in the trade
  • Presentable, self-motivated and able to work independently with good problem solving skills
  • Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and Japanese
  • Able to operate Microsoft software applications
