Client Description:

Our client is a leading fine wine group, they are currently inviting high caliber candidate for the position of Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a sales team to grow and develop assigned channels
• Responsible for planning and implementation of programs that drive sales performance
• ​Develop online shop and manage customer database, develop customer retention and loyalty programs
• Manage pricing and distribution strategies, PR activities and print media coverage

Requirements:

• University degree in business or related discipline
• WSET Diploma  or Level 3 preferred
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience gained from consumer goods, e-commerce and CRM experience preferably 
• Proven track record in managing sizable business
• Self-motivated, independent, leadership and strong business sense
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of both Chinese and English
