French Brand Executive, GC (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:
This position will be fully responsible for brand success & sales target achievement related with brand positioning, marketing strategy, wine promotion and budget control, etc.

Regarding wineries:
- Be responsible for the communication and follow up work with French wineries. Including:
- Winery contract negotiate and update;
- Winery yearly plan and marketing activities, promotions preparation and follow up;
- Confirm and implement winery visiting according to the Marketing Calendar.
- Take care of all the marketing reports to the related brands, update marketing information;
- Follow Chinese marketing trends by marketing survey, set clearly brand positioning and marketing plans for coming seasons.
- Other tasks related.

Communication and Support to EMW Teams:
- Fully in charge of all the marketing information to update and share with EMW teams;
- Provide updated marketing information to Education team, Logistics team, to Sales team, to Finance team for related works.
- Prepare internal marketing reports for brand performance analysis, propose marketing plan for the coming season for each brand.
- Work as Brand Ambassador for event support upon requirements;
- Work together with branch offices to plan and implement winery visiting, brand event etc.
- Work with PR for media exposure, winery interview, wine competition for related brands;
- Work with regional offices and other departments for other related tasks.
- Work with marketing members as a whole team for some special tasks.

Other tasks:
- Study and research for targeted clients.
- Active in the market, catch up with the market trends.
- Communicate with VIP clients, group clients directly for group contract, marketing activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above. Overseas education is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in marketing branding, wine industry would be perfect.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), also good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, highly motivated and organized individual.
