Job Description:
Quintessentially Wine offers luxury buying wine and whisky experiences for high net worth private clients across Asia. In Hong Kong since 2005, Quintessentially Wines APAC provides a comprehensive service from sourcing last-minute gifts and elusive hard to find wines and whiskies to advice on cellar management and bespoke events. 
THE ROLE: 
We are looking for a talented, ambitious, hardworking individual, with great customer service skills to join our industry leading team. You will play a pivotal role in customer care and in supporting our client facing team. As we invest more in technology and automation for administrative tasks the role will evolve to be more proactive and business focused and we are looking for someone with the ability and willingness to develop with the role.
  • Co-ordination and overall control of order process
  • Receive, check and consolidate sales orders
  • Manage order fulfilment issues
  • Handle stock allocations and support the team with sourcing
  • Manage Hong Kong delivery arrangements
  • Provide updates on order shipment status
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time scales, ensure complaints are managed through to resolution
  • Handle ad hoc customer enquiries and follow ups
  • Support the sales and client management process and follow up with administrative tasks
  • Work to increase overall operational efficiencies
  • Follow up on payment issues
HOURS OF WORK:9:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Job Requirements:
  •  University graduate
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in a retail / distribution environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English (Cantonese / Mandarin is advantageous)
  • Good telephone manner and ability to interact with customers
  • Skilled problem solver with attention to detail with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Maintain the highest possible customer service levels
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, can think on feet and remain professional at all times
  • Friendly and tactful personality with the ability to handle complaints
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
