Job Description
1. Provide on-site supports for all kind of marketing events and activities
2. Assist with the brand ambassador for brand launching , promotion campaign, and winery visit arrangements
3. Update customer data in database and provide paper work support to sales team.
4. Follow up and register daily wine orders in SAP and delivery process with logistics and warehouse.
5. Assist Hong Kong sales promotions implementation, POSM preparation, sales figures analysis, promotion reports.
6. Key contact person for HK office with Shanghai head office for marketing and design matters
7. Ensure the regular update of our local website and social media (Facebook)
Requirements
1. Degree holder or above is preferred
2. At least 1-2 year working experience in the relevant fields.
3. Solid working knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
4. With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player.
5. Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
6. Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
7. Familiar wine knowledge is preferred
8. Working knowledge of SAP system and Photoshop is preferred
