Reponsibilities:
- Report to Director of Sales
- Provide administrative and customers support to the sales team
- Key liaison between customers, internal staff, warehouse and logistic partners
- Maintain Sales Team Resource Unit and provide marketing and event supports
- Handle incoming enquiries and orders via telephone, email and fax
- Update and maintain sales report and other documents
- Order entry with efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other various duties and ad-doc projects, as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Experience in F&B industry is preferred
- Superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good phone and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
- Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess a good working attitude
- Can work indepentently as well as a team player
- Immediate availability is an advantage
