eCommerce Officer (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

Site and App Management

• Communicate with different teams for issue fixes with IT, CS and Marketing
• Work with CS on customer complaints and issues response
• Ensure Promotions set-up properly in Retek and go live of Promotions landing ages/content
• Daily troubleshooting in Front-End and Back-end with IT teams
• Content and product update
• Lead in UAT on new functions, new pages, CRs

Site and App Enhancement

• Prepare user requirement and test case
• FDS design review
• Conduct UAT
• Roll out co-ordination

Reporting

• Regular sales report and ad hos campaign result report
• Assist in Ad hoc request for analytics of site traffic and navigation, search key words, etc

Requirement:

• University graduate in, eCommerce, information system or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in e-Commerce, web/ app project development
• Experience in UI/UX in eCommerce sites & mobile apps
• Knowledge in content management system
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms and payment gateways and operation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant eCommerce Officer
