Senior Shop Assistant / Assistant Shop Manager - Wine & Spirits (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

\Our client is one of the leading wine & spirits companies. Due to their business expansion, they are looking for some retail sales candidates to join their new store.

Job Duties

• Responsible for daily sales activities of the store
• Promote and introduce products  to customers in a professional manner
• Answer customers' enquiries and provide product information to customers
• Assist in store operation and inventory management
• Maintain and update membership records
• Assist in wine tasting activities and events

Job Requirements

• Certificate holder or above
• At least 2-4 years of retail experience in wine & spirits industry
• Responsible, cheerful, polite with good customer service skill
• Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English, Conversational Mandarin
• Good wine knowledge, WSET qualification will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as a Shop Assistant
