SHOP SUPERVISOR (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Full Time

Responsibilities:

Assist Shop manager to oversee and supervise in shop’s daily operations
Ensure the smooth running of the shop operations, the store image constantly and complies with the company's policies and operation standards
Handle customer complaints and enquires
Deliver high quality of customer services and build up strong customer relationship
Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns
Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances
Leading, motivating and developing sales team to operate efficiently in maximizing sales and profit
Provide all necessary guidance and support to sub-ordinates
Provide advice on sales-related issues, product and service training to sub-ordinates
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards customers and sub-ordinates

Basic Requirements:

F.5 or above
Good command of both written and spoken English
Pleasant personality and presentable with a sense of responsibility
Energetic and positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
Aggressive, proactive, result-oriented, highly self-motivated and customer service oriented
Enjoy wine and wine culture and able to work under pressure
Willing to take up shift duties and work on weekends and Public Holidays
Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years retail sales experience in wine industry with at least 2 years in supervisory level. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
Mature, independent, multi-tasking
Good understanding of wines & spirits knowledge
WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 or higher or CWE (Certified Wine Educator) or similar would be an advantage
