Responsibilities:
- Explore potential customers and new business opportunities actively to increase profits and channel penetration
- Provide exceptional sales & customer services,develop and maintain good relationship with all customers to improve sales
- Achieve sales targets and ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies
- Analyze market intelligence and report on competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports to analyze and evaluate figures for future sales improvement
- Prepare the sales forecast for management review and to formulate sales and promotion strategies for prestige channels
- Work with Marketing Department& Retail Operation to implement promotion activities such as wine tastings and exhibitions and provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and make recommendations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years solid sales experience in wine & spirit or F&B industry, catering groups (hotels, restaurants, club-houses, bars, retail chains. etc.)with track record
- Sound wine & spirits knowledge, holder of WSET Certificate is preferred
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and computer literacy
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to demonstrate leadership ability,motivate & develop the sales team
- Proactive, mature, sociable, positive with result-driven and self-motivated mindset
