Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, mailing and courier arrangement, etc.
- Handle office administration duties including stationery supply and ordering processing, office equipment repair arrangement
- Maintain staff attendance record and handle other general HR & Administrative duties
- Assisting to organize staff events, including Christmas party and Annual Dinner
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Diploma or above
- 2 year experience in Administration work or Receptionist duties
- Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good telephone manner
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and PowerPoint
- Good command of Cantonese & English
- Immediate available is preferred
