Job Responsibilities
Assist promotion coordination with various function departments include Buying, Marketing, Operation and Supply Chain on tasks including: 

• Planning promotion to drive sales with;
• Managing promotion calendar and schedule;
• Gathering information on leads;
• Coordinating logistics and monitoring stock supply;
• Preparing promotion performance reports.

Job Requirement

• University graduate with 3 years working experience
• Experience in projects and events coordination, with marketing, promotion and sales & customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point and good commands in written and spoken English
• Detail oriented, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment and with strong organizational skills
