Responsibilities

職責

• Executes all around operation of the warehouse and fleets, including tidy, sanitizer and system
• 策動倉庫日常運作，整齊，整潔及系統規範
• Ensure the warehouse operational excellence in terms of work efficiency, resources utilization
• 確保有效的倉庫流程管理及系統運作，資源善用
• To ensure the efficiency of stock flow accuracy and systemic inventory control
• 確保庫存流量精準，使倉存系統貨賬一致
• Monitoring food process procedures comply to Food requirement Safety
• 審核及策動食品加工程序，處理完全符合食品安全標準
• Handle the monthly report and KPI standard, reviewing with team to identify improvement action
• 建立並確保每月報吿準確性，符合及達到績效管理制度的標準以內
• Build up training program for sharing working experience and knowledge to subordinates, such QCC and tool box
• 建立員工培訓系統，工作交流，將經驗及知識有效傳遞給各同事達至應有水準
• Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures, review work flow and existing warehouse system
• 制定和實施倉庫操作流程，審查工作流程和現存的倉庫系統，提高其有效性
  
  

Requirements

條件

• F.5 or above in Logistics or Warehouse management belated education background as well
• 中五程度或以上程度，或物流管理文憑
• At least 5 years relevant workingexperience in warehouse and transportation logistics management with minimum3 years’supervisory level
• 具五年或以上工作經驗，或最少三年倉務主任的管理經驗
• Perform the 5-S Lead Auditor
• 具有五常法資格
• Proficiency in using MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word-Processing & WMS
• 熟識文書處理及倉庫管理系統
• Mature and strong sense of responsibility,strong organization and people management skills
• 成熟，有責任感，組織力及管理技巧強
• Good attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 工作態度良好，良好的人事管理技巧，溝通技巧及人事交流
• Able to work under pressure within tight timeline and handle ad-hoc tasks independently
• 能面對壓力及應付緊迫的工作，能獨立處理突發性工作
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• 中英書寫及會話能力良好
