(Senior) / Marketing Analyst Officer (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job Duties:

1. Analytics / Strategic Marketing Projects (around 50% of time)

  • Support the coordination of CRM / category workshop by providing insightful data and powerpoint presentation from our Business Intelligence Systems at the regional meeting
  • Support and prepare the business insights / analytics for the team head for various business review meetings that held regularly with suppliers / vendors yearly
  • Support the data analytics delivery to fulfill the agreed services to supplier partners, such as review score card, business performance, order fulfillment, service level, operation excellence, etc.
  • Engage in various projects to support the category / brand analysis and identify the business opportunities for our key customers, as well as help organized major events such as below

2. Regional STC Asia Meeting Management

  • Coordinate and support the regional meetings, and work with senior management worldwide
  • Support to drive the excitement/ innovative venues, and agenda to meetings to ensure the smooth rundown
  • Support to draft the agendas and key contents, integrate the Group Focus / Strategy into regular conference calls and meetings
  • Responsible for the meeting notes of meetings and calls
  • Support to follow-up the action point of meetings/ calls to drive the tangible outcomes

3. Global Suppliers Conference for Key Customers

  • Responsible for suppliers conference coordination
  • Award selection process coordination and support
  • Ensure top executives and partners attendance & arrangement
  • Responsible for GSC booklet text and material collection, as well as printing
  • Prepare T2T meeting preparation packs and meeting setup as well as follow-up activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related discipline, with at least 3 years working experiences in related roles/ environment
  • Preferable with experience in research institutes (e.g. Nielsen) or those who are strong in data from the finance sector who is interested to work in commercial / retail sector for A. S. Watson Group
  • Exposure to work for fast paced environment, such as Retail, FMCG companies, Banking, IT/Telecom is an added advantage
  • Good business development and marketing mindset, able to work well with senior executives / various stakeholders and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good business acumen, analytics skills, problem solving and coordination skills, able to present ideas and draw insight data from internal systems
  • Proficiency in both MS-EXCEL such as Pivot table and conduct MS-Powerpoint presentation
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Passionate to learn, initiative, flexible and who possess pleasant character is an added advantage
  • Enjoy meeting with people from all over the world with different cultures, and working with agencies, small team and report directly to the Team Head
