We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager / Sales Assistant to join our Hong Kong team.

Job Description: 

• Handle daily customer requests and enquires on our services via phone, email and online service
• Maintain great business relationships with trade sales network and private accounts
• Willing to travel (exhibition booth, visit some important customer)
• To explore new clients and sales network to achieve sales targets
• To support the marketing and PR activities and events.
• Follow-up purchase orders and shipment related document
• Ensure accuracy inventory stock record against physical inventory
• Push the sales of slow moving item by using effective promotional tools
• Communicate with overseas vendors
  
  

  Requirements

  • Knowledge of wine & wine business with relevant certificates will definite an advantage.
  • Will have a sound knowledge of Fine Wine and the HK/ China market and preferably at least 2 years’ experience in Wine Sales
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Other languages will be advantage as well.
  • Proficiency in Chinese Typing is a MUST
  • Self-organized, detail oriented, with common sense, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to build outstanding customer relations while providing first class service
  • Strong work ethic, pro-activity and focus
  • Proficiency PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Regular business trip to China independently is required
