Customer Service Executive (6-9 months contract)

Job Description:

Period of Contract 
Start on 1 Jun 2017 
Hours of work:     
10 am - 8 pm. 5 days work. Shift pattern, may need to work on weekend and public holiday 
Job Summary
  • Receive product training and introduce the products to visitors and potential customers
  • Handle enquiries from visitors and customers effectively and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle administrative duties and staff duty roster
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the store
  • Ensure proper functioning of the facilities in the store
  • Manage the cash flow in store and deposit to bank regularly
Job Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of customer services, preferably in luxury retail
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge and passion in audio products is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
