Regional Retail Manager - Wine & Spirits (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Your new company 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Retail Manager to become a part of an International Retailer who are highly recognized for their prestigious Wine & Spirits products. 

Your new role 
You will be responsible for leading and managing all the retail stores and promoters in North Asia, China and HK, through extensive coaching and development, providing appropriate training opportunities and managing the recruitment process for all stores. Key accountability also include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I’s, full P&L and wage accountability and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all expectations.Consistent communication and feedback on each stores performance and development with the Retail Director is also a key element to the role. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• At least 5 years’ experience in retail frontline/promoters management 
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Excellent English Language is a must
• Confident, organized, efficient, good attention to detail, result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind set
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, with knowledge & experience of CRM would be a plus
• Great team player with excellent inter-personnel skills
• A good communicator, able to multitask, to lead & manage projects on own initiative
