Sales Admin (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

This position holder will report to General Manager, Sarment HK and dotted line to Head of Wine China.

 

The job will entail the following responsibilities:

Work closely with China mainland sales team to provide a high quality admin support for the orders in HK/Macau;

Set up a complete filing system and provide documents support for sales managers in China mainland;

Enter the HK sales order data into SAP received from all channels from sales managers in China mainland and ensure the information 100% accurate;

Coordinate with the  sales managers in China mainland, HK logistics team and local warehouse on delivery issues;

Proactively deliver wines directly to VIP customers if necessary;

Daily inventory and month to date sales reports ;

Familiar with and maintain sales customers information and sales orders without mistakes;

Account check with financial team regarding the sales data or customers information;

Print, copy, scan or email files to the sales managers as per their instruction punctually;

Continuously learning wines and fully understand sales managers job request so as to provide advanced internal service;

Other duties the sales managers might assign.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or above

2 years working experience, preferable in order processing and secretarial

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese preferable

Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP/Pivot Table)

A good team player to achieve Company’s goals and report any discrepancies together with solutions in a timely manner

Customer service focused

Can-do attitude, can cope with pressure, work independently and deliver within a tight deadline

Experience user in ERP/SAP systems advantageous

Problem solver

Have an interest in wine

 

China mainland working experience is a plus
